The Point & Insurance Reduction Program (defensive driving) has long been available to residents of New Jersey to help them reduce the rates of their auto insurance and have points removed from their driving records.
Originally, the only way to complete a New Jersey Defensive Driving course was to attend a classroom New Jersey Driving School. For most people, this meant giving up 6 hours on a weekend or on weekday evenings. Although the students of the defensive driving course would receive an insurance discount for taking the Defensive Driving course ( 5 to 10% ), students would often avoid attending the NJ Defensive Driving Course because of its length and due to the fact that in most cases, it was BORING.
Thankfully, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (MVC) has allowed certain NJ Defensive Driving Course providers to offer the class online. That's right, you can now sit in the comfort of your own home and complete the New Jersey Defensive Driving Course. You may have some questions regarding this and if you do, we have got the answers.
